Thank you for choosing Towa-Flex for your fitness journey. We are committed to providing an exceptional training experience, and we understand that circumstances may change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
1. Refund Eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our head office via email at info@towa-flex.com. Please include your proof of purchase and details about your request.
- Refund requests must be made before your scheduled trial training session. Once the trial session has commenced, refunds will not be issued.
2. Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being counted as attended, and refunds will not be issued.
- In the event of a cancellation by the gym, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your session at your convenience.
3. Refund Processing
- Once your refund request is approved, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your credit card statement.
- For payments made through other methods, processing times may vary based on your bank's policies.
4. Mishandled Refunds
- If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be delays on their end.
- If necessary, reach out to us for assistance if your bank has not received our refund request.
