Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, contact our head office via email at info@towa-flex.com. Include your proof of purchase and the details of your request.

Refund requests must be submitted before your scheduled trial training session. Refunds will not be provided once the trial session has started.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in the session being marked as attended, and no refund will be issued.

If Towa-Flex cancels a session, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at a convenient time.

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

For other payment methods, processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies.

4. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as delays may occur on their end.
