Pricing Plans

Trial Training for a limited time is available for ¥3,300 instead of ¥6,600! (75 minutes required). A professional trainer will provide counseling and training. If you would like to know the flow of training at Towa-Flex, please apply for the trial training.

Pricing Table

All courses can be paid in installments. The validity period is 5 months (unless there is a special reason). All displayed prices include tax.

Flow of Events at Towa-Flex Meinohama Store

1. Make a reservation: We accept requests via email, web and form. Please fill in your desired date and time and contact us. (If we are unable to accommodate your desired date and time, we will contact you with possible dates for you to consider.)
2. Visit the store: Please come in comfortable clothes. We have changing rooms and powder rooms, so you can come in your own clothes and change into comfortable clothes. Shoes are not required at this gym. If you are concerned about this, please bring indoor exercise shoes. If you are worried about coming alone, you can come with your family or friends.
3. Counseling (15~20 minutes): Feel free to tell us any concerns you may have about your body. (Please rest assured that this is a completely private gym.) Our professional trainers will propose a plan that suits you.
4. Trial training (60 minutes): Don't worry if you're new to exercise. We have customers who say it's fun and feels good. We'll suggest fun training methods to help you reach your goals. Let's work up a good sweat together.
