At Towa-Flex, we strive to provide a seamless and personalized experience for every member. Our delivery policy outlines how we manage reservations, sessions, and the overall training process to ensure your fitness journey is smooth and enjoyable.
1. Reservation Process

Making a Reservation:
We accept reservations through email, our website and online forms.- When making a reservation, please specify your desired date and time.
- If we are unable to accommodate your requested time, we will contact you with alternative options for you to consider.

Reservation Confirmation:
After scheduling your session, you will receive a confirmation via your chosen communication method. Please review the details carefully and contact us if any changes are needed.
2. In-Person Visits
- Arrival and Attire:
Please arrive at the gym in comfortable clothing. We provide changing rooms and powder rooms for your convenience.- Shoes: Shoes are not required for training at our gym, but if you prefer, you may bring indoor exercise shoes.
- Bringing Companions: If you’re uncomfortable coming alone, feel free to bring family or friends to support you during your session.
- Before the Session:
Arrive a few minutes early to change and prepare for your session. This will ensure that you get the most out of your time with our trainers.
3. Counseling Session
- Initial Counseling (15-20 minutes):
Before training, you’ll have a private counseling session with one of our professional trainers.- You can share any concerns or specific goals you have regarding your body and fitness journey.
- The trainer will suggest a personalized plan that best fits your needs. This consultation ensures that every member receives customized attention to meet their individual goals.
4. Trial Training Session
- Trial Training (60 minutes):
If you’re new to exercise, there’s no need to worry! During the 60-minute trial session, our trainers will guide you through exercises that are fun and tailored to your fitness level.- The session will be interactive, allowing you to engage in enjoyable and effective exercises that promote a good sweat.
- We aim to make the training comfortable and motivating, helping you get closer to your goals.
5. Post-Training Feedback
- Feedback and Plan:
After the trial, you will receive personalized feedback from your trainer.- Together, you will review the exercises performed and discuss nutritional tips that complement your training.
- We do not engage in any high-pressure sales tactics. Feel free to ask questions about your progress and potential training options without any obligation to continue.
6. Additional Information

Payment Plans:
You may pay for courses in full or via installment payments, depending on your preference. All payments must be completed within the 5-month validity period of the course. -
Course Validity:
All courses, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or pair-based, have a 5-month validity period, during which you must complete all sessions. -
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session. -
